- Anybody who has got the silent answer working ?
- The only docs I have about this is the rom upgrade notice that says
- something about S0 - 0 and S0 = 0, so what does this mean ?
- No matter what value S0 is, I can not get any response from the modem
- when a fax is calling, and my answering machine is kicking in.
- I get the 4 rings until the answering machine kicks in, and then no
- further info is sent to my terminal.
- Please help.
-
- My modem also has lost contact to the outher world after 3 days of use
- :-( A phone connectesd to the phone connector works, bu the modem can
- not get a dialtone or pick up the phone. Good news is, that I could
- send it to Supra in Germany, even though I bought it in the USA.
- Guess it is the relay that went bad.
-
- It was difficult to et through on the number listed in this group, and
- when I got through, I got another number for tech support, where I had
- no problems at all. So if you want it it is here:
- 'Supra Germany, tech support: 02232-22008
- not sdure about the first zero. but it is like the other numbers listed,
- just ending in 8.
