  41. Been using pcAnywhere 4.5 for the past 6 months or so here.  We use the
  42. LAN version so that users at our WAN sites can run applications at our 
  43. central LAN site without having to put up with slow 128Kb throughput.

  45. Version 4.5 with NetBIOS connectivity works great under DOS, as does the 
  46. dial-up module for async communications.  Very stable, the inactivity time-
  47. out feature now works as advertised (a must for dial-up use).

  49. Now for the bad news:  I never could get it to work under OS/2 1.3 or 2.0.
  50. Granted, I've only tried NetBIOS and not serial support.  If you want, I can
  51. try that before you go out and buy the package.
