  12. I've seen several reports that said people have been waiting weeks and
  13. months for their ROM upgrades.  I never even received anything informing
  14. me about the upgrade via US Mail, I only heard about it via this newsgroup.

  16. I called the Supra BBS (and got through at 14.4 on the first try), filled out
  17. an order form on-line for the ROMs.  I was in their database of warranty
  18. cards.  I ordered the free ROM, and approximately 10 days later (or less!)
  19. received the envelope with the ROMs, screwdriver, instructions, etc.

  21. I didn't expect to receive it so soon--but then I also never received the
  22. info about the upgrade being available, and a lot of people have said they
  23. haven't received the ROMS after ordering them ages ago, so I wonder if Supra
  24. is using 'random order' or something for sending them out.
