- I've seen several reports that said people have been waiting weeks and
- months for their ROM upgrades. I never even received anything informing
- me about the upgrade via US Mail, I only heard about it via this newsgroup.
-
- I called the Supra BBS (and got through at 14.4 on the first try), filled out
- an order form on-line for the ROMs. I was in their database of warranty
- cards. I ordered the free ROM, and approximately 10 days later (or less!)
- received the envelope with the ROMs, screwdriver, instructions, etc.
-
- I didn't expect to receive it so soon--but then I also never received the
- info about the upgrade being available, and a lot of people have said they
- haven't received the ROMS after ordering them ages ago, so I wonder if Supra
- is using 'random order' or something for sending them out.
