- But they have. In fact, this is at least the second time they've
- seriously underestimated demand for their products; the first time was
- when they initially released the SFM. This time it was really
- inexcusable, since they had a database of everyone who had registered
- for a ROM upgrade; it shouldn't have been all that difficult to
- realize that most of the people who had bought the modem were going to
- be interested in a free ROM upgrade.

- You can say what you want about Supra. I guess I got spoiled dealing
- with Telebit -- modems that work correctly, all the time; tech support
- who know what they're talking about; timely and easy-to-obtain ROM
- upgrades. My next modem isn't going to be a Telebit, because they're
- just too expensive. But my next modem definitely isn't going to be a
- Supra. Those ZyXEL modems sure look nice...
