  16. But they have.  In fact, this is at least the second time they've
  17. seriously underestimated demand for their products; the first time was
  18. when they initially released the SFM.  This time it was really
  19. inexcusable, since they had a database of everyone who had registered
  20. for a ROM upgrade; it shouldn't have been all that difficult to
  21. realize that most of the people who had bought the modem were going to
  22. be interested in a free ROM upgrade.

  24. You can say what you want about Supra.  I guess I got spoiled dealing
  25. with Telebit -- modems that work correctly, all the time; tech support
  26. who know what they're talking about; timely and easy-to-obtain ROM
  27. upgrades.  My next modem isn't going to be a Telebit, because they're
  28. just too expensive.  But my next modem definitely isn't going to be a
  29. Supra.  Those ZyXEL modems sure look nice...
