  10. This may be a naive question, but: is it possible to use more than one
  11. modem at once? That is, I am thinking of opening a bbs, & if I had two
  12. or more modems [internal or external], would they work at the same time? I seem
  13. to remember that the odd & even serial ports share interrupts [ibm]. 
  14. Thus, assuming the multi-user issue were handled [maybe Unix], how would
  15. one go about handling the modems?
