  17. I have a ZoomFax VFP V32bis, and there were some problems with it at the
  18. beginning.  However, I updated the ROMS (which they provide free), and havent
  19. had a problem since.  They got a bad rep from the initial problems, but
  20. they're good with the customer support, and have a 7 year warranty, too.
