  12. I had someone tell me that the ZyXEL modems (the 1496E specifically)
  13. did not support fall-forward if the line conditions improved.

  15. I have datasheet the implies that the modem has both fall-back and
  16. fall-forward.  Is this a relatively new addition or was this person
  17. misinformed?  (I am assuming the data sheet is correct.)
