  47. I have to disagree with this. I had 2 Telepaths and neither would connect
  48. reliably at speed greater than 2400 baud with my phone lines. My USR modem
  49. works fine with my lines. The FAX did connect at high speeds and worked fine.
  50. Gateway didn't give me any hassles about returning the modems, so you could
  51. buy one to test with your lines.
