- Hi, I'm looking for some information, preferably white papers about the
- pros and cons of using IDE, SCSI (all types), and ESDI on a file server.
- Any head to head comparisons would be great but not necessary.
-
- We currently have two file servers one with a 200mb IDE drive and the
- other with a 500mb IDE drive. The 200mb is fast filling up (as is always
- the case). I have another 200mb IDE that I can drop into the machine
- with the full 200mb. But I fear that will only be a temporary fix. I'm
- also going to need mirroring/duplexing of the 500mb soon, so I'd like to
- see what my options are there.
-
- Any help would be greatly appreciated.
