  27. Well, if it makes you feel any better I work at a major computing
  28. installation just outside of Chicago, and we can't get Sybase
  29. to sell us anything either.  In our case we'd be perfectly happy
  30. to spend the high support fees, but we have never been able to get
  31. Sybase to give us the support OR to bill us for it.  They seem
  32. to have a lot of trouble with either returning calls, getting us
  33. quotes, or selling us anything.

  35. This is the major reason we are using Oracle for most stuff.  Oracle
  36. will at least sell us things.
