  11. Has anyone else encountered this intermittent problem?  I'm running version
  12. 6.0.33.1.1 of sqldba with ORACLE RDBMS V6.0.33.1.1, transaction processing
  13. option.  When I connect internal and type monitor process the program quits
  14. unexpectedly with a message like:

  16. unexpected oracle server termination by signal 6
  17.  
  18. I then have to reset the terminal to proceed.  A trace file is produced as
  19. below:
