  15. I would like to find out how to disable the '$' shell to DCL from SQLPLUS
  16. for the comp. services dept. @ my place of employment.  This seems to be
  17. somewhat of a security hole and if there is a simple way to disable users
  18. from accessing it how is it done?

  20. Oh, this pertains to Oracle SQL*Plus running under VAX VMS, by the way.
