  27. Not much really -- I'm sure you know that whatever your public answer is,
  28. Oracle and other competitors would read it just the same as your customers.
  29. I'm sure you would think about every answer from both viewpoints regardless
  30. of who asked the question.  Besides, if they wanted to, they'd probably
  31. find out more stuff that you don't want them to know via other means --
  32. like rummaging through your trash... :-)

  34. I for one, found the subject very interesting, and I'm merely a customer
  35. of Informix.

  37. (I also see many people using public access accounts, since I'm the admin
  38. of a public system (Nyx) -- people use public accounts for many reasons,
  39. such as if their "main" system doesn't get news, isn't on the internet, etc.
  40. I wouldn't assume there is a dark motive just because it's from a public
  41. site, though of course it is possible.)
