  10. Informix provides very useful tools for estimating sizes of rows in
  11. a table.  Perhaps I've overlooked it, but I can find nothing about
  12. estimating sizes for indexes.  In other words, given table X with
  13. indexes A, B, and C, how much overhead is required for each additional
  14. row in table X?

  16. Can this be done easily?  Is there somewhere in the documentation where
  17. this is covered?  Is there any difference in overhead for SE and Online
  18. (unfortunately, we have to support both)?
