  44. ICCE '93 is to provide a forum for scientific interchange among 
  45. computer scientists, educators, and cognitive scientists through-
  46. out the world, especially from the Asia-Pacific region, on a broad 
  47. spectrum of inter-disciplinary research topics, focusing on the 
  48. theory and technologies of applying computers in education. Also, 
  49. it is hoped that the conference can intrigue the topic of the impact 
  50. on designing intelligent educational software due to the difference 
  51. in culture and philosophy of education between Asia and the West. 
  52. There will be tutorials and invited talks on the state of the art 
  53. of the area and demonstrations of working systems, prototypes, 
  54. and selected commercial products.

  71. PAPER SUBMISSION:
  72. Authors are requested to submit manuscripts (in English) of no 
  73. more than 5000 words describing original results of their research 
  74. work.  Papers should be double-spaced and printed with high quality 
  75. printers using type style of 11-point or larger.  Each copy of the 
  76. paper should have a cover page containing the title of the paper, 
  77. names and addresses of the authors, E-mail of one author who is 
  78. responsible for all correspondence (unless specified otherwise, 
  79. correspondence will be directed to the first author listed), a list 
  80. of at least five keywords, and an abstract of no more than 200 words.  
  81. Five copies of each paper should be sent with a cover letter by airmail 
  82. to the Secretary of the conference (alternatively, submission can be
  83. through e-mail, but must be in LaTeX format) :
