  20. This short course is designed for engineers, managers and professionals
  21. seeking an overview of the key concepts and techniques in video and audio
  22. compression for entertainment, communications and multi-media applications.
  23. The presentation will not dwell on complex mathematical proofs and no
  24. prior knowledge of video techniques or digital signal processing is assumed.
  25. Instead, the course will lead participants through a descriptive and
  26. substantive review of video and audio compression without getting mired in
  27. complexity.

  44. o MPEG 1 bit stream syntax.
