  12. I am new to this group and I know very little about compression 
  13. beyond using them and noting file sizes.

  15. What I will be buying is a voice mail card that samples at 1.25K/s
  16. and stores data at 2.5Kbytes/s.
  17. I will be using stacker 2.0 and am wondering what kind of compression 
  18. I can expect?

  20. I don't want to have to manually compress/uncompress data files
  21. as that would require intervention, but if file compression is sufficient
  22. to warrant it I will.

  24. Any tips or suggestions greatly appreciated.
