  15. Are there any free ANSI C compiler implementation (source) which generates
  16. some explicit intermediate code for simple stack machine?  (or can be
  17. easily tailored to do that).

  19. No code generation besides that is required, nor _any_ optimizations
  20. (besides may be simple constant pasting in expression trees).

  22. the compiler is about to be used for embedding into applications (so size
  23. is much more important than speed).
