  10. Hi all, 
  11.     I have recently tried running a short program on rpc. The client 
  12. program sends request to remote host for system time, and the server 
  13. routine (on the remote host) simply reads the system time and outputs it. 
  14. However, I kept getting the message "couldn't set time of day: not owner" 
  15. when the program was executed. Does anybody have any idea what is the cause? 
  16. And how I can solve it? Any advice is much appreciated.
