- Almost all sites request your ID in order to leave some measure of
- accountability. Many sites are required to ask for this by their
- administration who want to know where the money they pay (electricity,
- equipment, etc) is going to (ie your address is used for statistical purposes)

- There's always a sneaking suspicion on the part of operators that anyone who
- wants anonyminity must be up to somthing suspicious... Not always unfounded
- either!
