  20. Almost all sites request your ID in order to leave some measure of
  21. accountability.  Many sites are required to ask for this by their
  22. administration who want to know where the money they pay (electricity,
  23. equipment, etc) is going to (ie your address is used for statistical purposes)
  24.  
  25. There's always a sneaking suspicion on the part of operators that anyone who
  26. wants anonyminity must be up to somthing suspicious... Not always unfounded
  27. either!
