- I'm not so sure about that. I use a Quadra and a 486-33 LB and find the
- mac similar in speed to the PC which is local bus/EISA with 32 bit IDE and S3
- accelerator. The only difference I can really see is the PC runs ~$2000 for
- a complete system where Apple charges $7000 for the same hardware.

- However, I would like to see the PC-Magazine CPU benchmarks and WINBENCH
- benchmark ported to the mac and run. It would be very interesting to see
- the differences between the machines.
