  11.     I am fairly new to the use of the Internet Services, and have very
  12.     little knowledge of good FTP sites.  I know wuarchive has many
  13.     excellent shareware programs, but I am looking for Windows 3.1
  14.     shareware in particular.  If anyone knows of a good working site
  15.     (GRIND.ISCA.UIOWA.EDU has some excellent software, but I can't
  16.     seem to get the files to send to me properly, and their indexes
  17.     ususally dont match the file names) with lots of Win31 files,
  18.     please post or e-mail me your favorites.
