  28. I would like to see how it performs compared to (say) the Cray YMP-EL,
  29. whose base price is about $250K, especially on LARGE problems.
  30. When I say large, I mean something like a 20K x 20K LINPACK, not these
  31. dinky little 1K x 1K benchmarks.

  33. Why is having a *micro*-processor so important? What really matters is
  34. price/performance, although for really large problems (e.g. Cray YMP-C90 needed)
  35. price isn't so important.
