  22. Well, I finally got my hands on release 3.0. I've modified Plot3D so it uses  
  23. Renderman for its 3d output, and improved a whole bunch of other things. You  
  24. can ftp the new version from sonata.cc.purdue.edu or ion.rice.edu. Please send  
  25. suggestions/bug reports to steve@ion.rice.edu.

  29. Uses Renderman instead of my 3d routines (this may actually be a bit slower in  
  30. wireframe mode).
  31. Standard 3.0 help interface.
  32. Viewing angles redefined to be more "standard".
  33. Color works, but only in "shaded" mode (I think).
  34. Hidden surface removal (thanks to renderman).
  35. Since renderman does solid modeling, symbols have been replaced with 3d  
  36. objects.
  37. Fixed scaling bug for small grid sizes.
  38. Density plot now displays data files much better.
  39. Printing of density plots improved.
