-
- Last week I posted a request for overview texts about international
- (non-US) gun law here. So far I received a handful of articles for
- which I hereby thank the authors.
-
- The articles are available via anonymous FTP from ftp.vmars.tuwien.ac.at
- (128.130.39.16) in the directory /pub/misc/guns/gunlaw. The README file
- there contains additional information.
-
- The gun laws of the following countries have been described so far:
-
- - Austria
- - Finland
- - Germany
- - The Netherlands
- - Switzerland
- - United Kingdom
-
- If you are versed in the gun laws of any country but these mentioned
- above (or if you find some important points not covered in the
- overviews) please send me mail (I can be reached as
- holger@vmars.tuwien.ac.at). Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
-
- Note: I won't cover US gun laws. They are too diverse and are covered
- by someone OTOSOTP anyway. If anybody has a copy of Mike Kielsky's
- CCW survey handy, I'll include it for sake of completeness, though.
