  21. My Dutch beer making course (brewing from malt, water, hop and yeast
  22. in the time consuming but very exciting way) is available on
  23. ftp.urc.tue.nl in pub/tex/brouwen. I have upgraded my earlier troff
  24. course with some simple recipes (special for rec.crafts.brewing). The
  25. LaTeX source with two EPSF pictures is available as UNIX archive
  26. (cursus.tar.Z) and as MSDOS archive (cursus.zip).  For UNIX machines I
  27. have provided a Makefile that generates the documentation
  28. auto-make-ally. The sources also contain an interesting logcard for
  29. keeping track of the brewing steps (in Dutch and using metric
  30. measures).

  32. There are also two ready-to-print PostScript files: one for A4-paper
  33. (cursus.ps.Z) and one to make an A5-booklet (cursusA5.ps.Z) provided
  34. you have a PostScript printer that can do duplex printing like the
  35. LPS20 for example.

  37. Kaj Tesink (kaj@cc.bellcore.com) has offered help in translating the
  38. course into English.
