- I don't know of any 1/8 dollar coins, but the US mint issued half-cent
- and half-dime coins (half-dime in silver, labeled as such,
- not just 5-cent piece in nickel-alloy). It also issued 2-cent and 20-cent
- copper, 3-cent nickel, and 3-cent silver pieces, and all sorts of gold
- coins, from $1 on up.
