- 2N+1 hidden neurons to dichotomize an arbitrary training set in Euclidean
- space R^{N}. This bound is independent of the number of elements contained
- in the training set. Is that true? Can anyone tell me where to find the related
- paper? Any reply is appreciated. If it is convenient, please reply directly to
- me. Thanks.
