  14. Hi,
  15.     I downloaded a copy of Neural Network pctools from a ftp site
  16. at the University of Texas. The file was nnpctool.arj.  Does anyone how
  17. how to uncompress a .arj file? I assume the utility used is a dos based
  18. compress utility. If someone knows what creates .arj files, please let
  19. me know the name of the utility and where I can get it from.
