  12. hi!  I m doing a project on Kohonen (self-organizing)
  13. semantic/topological maps.  I am simulating the neural net in software
  14. in software.

  16. Does anyone have any suggestions as to what neural net parameters (eg
  17. size of network, number of training vectors, size of neighbourhood, what
  18. function to use for the learning coefficient etc) might be useful in
  19. getting the net to converge?
