  17. Kehler admits his criticism of the Loebner Prize derives from
  18. second-hand information.  If he had read the suggested AI Magazine
  19. article, attended the competition, participated in the meeting of
  20. the Boston Computer Society, or had read the write-up in Scientific
  21. American he would know full well that our program took 2nd place
  22. in the 1991 competition.
