  20. I keep a fairly close eye on a.b.p.e, and I have seen nothing that I feel
  21. certain is child pornography.
  22.    The only thing that may be illegal is the perennial Traci Lords stuff (low
  23. resolution and fuzzy) that may be from her legal films anyway.
  24.     I think some of the confusion over this is a misunderstanding of what
  25. legal and illegal mean in terms of pornogrphy. As I understand it, nothing
  26. is illegal until it is ruled so by a court, and even then it only applies
  27. locally. There is no test for pornographic content in terms of child porn,
  28. and there is no test for obscenity in terms of other porn. I may be wrong,
  29. but I haven't heard is reasonably argued otherwise.

  31.    By 'test', I mean a procedure where you can determine if what you produce
  32. is legal or not. And I think that both child and obscene porn must be judged
  33. to lack serious artistic, educational, or scientific value.
