- You are right, I think, when you say that there are a lot of folks that will
- condem you actions out of hand. This is unfortunate. We are all in the
- position of defending our own moralities, lifestyles, etc against people who
- are so emotionally involved in the subject (pro or con), that we can't have
- rational discussions.

- I voted against the amendment, because it is restrictive. If no laws are
- allowed to entitle persons to redress for injustices that have occured over
- generations, how are we to help them? Gays, blacks, Hispanics, women, elder
- citizens, unborn children, Hare Krishna, ..., can no longer look to the
- legislature for redress.
