  13. To those that are moaning and complaing about how Amendment #2 is going to

  15. bring the end of the world to the gay community, let us examine the  
  16.  
  17. Amendment as it was written on the ballot.

  19.     Shall there be an Amendment to Article II of the Colorado Constitution
  20.     to prohibit the state of Colorado and any of its political subdivisions
  21.     from adopting or enforcing any law or policy which provides that
  22.     homosexual, lesbian, or bisexual orientation, conduct, or relationships
  23.     constitutes or entitles a person to claim any minority or protected
  24.     status,quota preferences, or discrimination.

  26. My question to the fools and idiots is: Where in the law does it say that

  28. discrimation is lawful. Once again the press, the gay rights groups and the
  29.  
  30. poltical groups are misleading the people of Colorado.l voted for #2 and still

  32. have no problems sleeping.

  34. I know that I will be called all types of names and will be flamed for these

  36. comments but who cares about narrow minded bigots.
