  12. I am trying to create a keyboard layout in WP4W.   There are several
  13. Swedish letters that I want to assign to Ctrl+letter or Alt+letter key
  14. combinations.  I'd like to use the same assignments that I have used in WP
  15. 5.1 for DOS.  The directions in the manual and the help screens seem
  16. straightforward, and Ctrl+letter works as described.  When I try to assign
  17. an Alt+letter combination, however, absolutely nothing happens.  The
  18. information on the help screen implies that Alt+letter combinations should
  19. work.  Is it my computer, or is it the program?  Has anybody had a
  20. successful (or unsuccessful) experience assigning Alt+letter key combinations?
