- Actually, backward compatible means that the more current versions of
- a product can still read the files of a previous version. This does NOT mean
- the WP 5.1's files can be read by WP 4.2! This DOES means that WP 5.1 can read
- WP 4.2! BTW, WP 5.0 & 5.1 can save their documents as WP 4.2 docs so files
- made in WP 5.1 & 5.0 CAN be read by WP 4.2 -this saves on disk space
- too! :-) I've never done this much, so I don't know if you lose any formatting
- codes....
