  15. According to a news release from SAS Institute, they will begin initial
  16. shipments this month for DEC's new 64-bit Alpha AXP RISC platforms/systems.
  17. A limited experimental release of the SAS System for OpenVMS will soon be
  18. shipped to about a dozen SAS Systems sites.  These sites will provide
  19. initial feedback on SAS for Alpha AXP prior to the beta relase of the
  20. software early next year.
