  28.      We at Intel may have an arrangement for support that may be beyond the
  29.      scope of the "usual" arrangements made with SI.  However it wouldn't
  30.      hurt to try it...

  32.      SI is so enthusiastic about EMITS (as opposed to handling phone
  33.      calls), that if they haven't expanded the service to all users, they
  34.      probably will soon. I don't believe they have a trap based upon the
  35.      name field, but probably do for the site number.

  37.      Note: In my original comments, I emphasized that the "USER" should
  38.      copy his systems folks on the mail to and from EMITS.. Tracking
  39.      numbers must be communicated in this way and ZAP recommendations back
  40.      to the user should be forwarded to the systems folks (SAS Site REP, or
  41.      consultant). It is these communications that are vital to getting
  42.      prompt and dependable support from SI and your systems folks.
  43.      Obviously SI does not want to deal with the novice user who thinks he
  44.      has found a bug, when a consultant is capable of discerning these
  45.      facts.  But I have a feeling, that if you are capable, willing,
  46.      interested enough, and motivated enough to use EMITS, you probably
  47.      qualify...Nuf Said ;-)
