  12. Julia, I too have experienced the same sports talk in classes. I have
  13. also been a "football widow" and got tired of it. So I learned the
  14. game. I held season tickets to the Raiders for five years (too poor now)
  15. and I can hold my own when the subject comes up. What I have found is
  16. and this is my point the males that I interact with have a greater
  17. respect for me and my opinions (inside and outside the world of sports).
