- This question was definitely a good one. It can be applied to many of the
- topics discussed lately. Hiding behind your gender is not the solution!
- I hate the fact that in some situations it appears to work and has made some
- women think that it is the answer. I can see why women resort to hiding their
- name and using initials to identify themselves, but do not really understand
- why they would want to.
