- Michael, I pray every third Thursday never to have to use NOTIS'
- "marvellous" forward recovery features, even tho' I would consider
- the system useless without it.

- Next time you need to concatenate labelled tapes with different
- datasets, look up UNIT=AFF. It is specifically designed to let
- you concatenate multiple volumes using the same tape drive for
- each volume sequentially. If I recall this was the same back in
- OS/360...can any other greybeard confirm this?
