  15. If you attempt adding vowels to a non-vocalized text, it will
  16. in most cases work as awakwardly as described. So the only safe
  17. method is to OVERWRITE the consonants, adding immediately
  18. vowels. This may be necessary anyway when you must use a
  19. dagesh character. On the other hand, if the text was freshly
  20. written, adding vocalization may succeed.
