  41.    I think the book you are looking for is published by McGraw Hill.
  42. It is by Seven S. Ross and is titled "Data Exchange PC/MSDOS".  My
  43. copy is copyrighted 1990.  There may be a more recent edition.
  44. The ISBN is 0-07-053923-5.  McGraw-Hill maintains a tool-free number
  45. for their materials, it is 1-800-2-MCGRAW.
