  12. The impressive vote for Clinton and his agenda for __change__ must have had
  13. some impact on NBI. Finally they changed their mind and delivered the
  14. NB4/Lingua package to New Haven/Connecticut, for which I have paid -believe it
  15. or not- over one and a half years ago. The poorly documented installation went
  16. very roughly. But after several hours of work, I now have at least NB4
  17. running. However, I have still problems with Lingua which are annoying. I will
  18. present these problems to the list if a phonecall to NBI is not successfull.
