  15. Unfortunately, you must add LA4 in each single footnote
  16. to force it to print as Hebrew. This is of course a
  17. regression after 3.0 (Shapirit) and 3.1.

  19. On the whole, NB 4.0 is almost fully debugged; Lingua,
  20. however, still needs large-scale debugging AND restitution
  21. of older useful features. When this is done, no software
  22. can compete with NB. At the moment, Lingua users, esp.
  23. the Hebrew chapter, must devise ad-hoc solutions for
  24. various problems.
