  11. I have tried out the modification of the nbformat.set file as suggested by
  12. Michael at NBI. I cannot recommend it:
  13. The first page now starts nicely at the top as desired. At the bottom, the
  14. printer thinks for a second and then advances an additional six lines or so
  15. into the next sheet. I assume it is now misjudging the bottom of the form.
