  25. In most cases (all that I know of) raw .BMP files are not ready for
  26. the printer.  They must first be converted to the correct raster
  27. graphics format for the printer involved, and only then may they be
  28. included in an NB document.  All graphics included with the IN command
  29. must be already prepared in this manner.  In other words, if when you
  30. copy the graphics file concerned directly to the printer it prints
  31. properly then it is ready to be included in your NB document.  The
  32. printer driver just feeds it to the printer as-is without further
  33. processing.
