- In most cases (all that I know of) raw .BMP files are not ready for
- the printer. They must first be converted to the correct raster
- graphics format for the printer involved, and only then may they be
- included in an NB document. All graphics included with the IN command
- must be already prepared in this manner. In other words, if when you
- copy the graphics file concerned directly to the printer it prints
- properly then it is ready to be included in your NB document. The
- printer driver just feeds it to the printer as-is without further
- processing.
