  11. Thanks to everybody for looking into this so quickly! As Ken Salzberg
  12. has found out, the menu setting for top margin does not work. I noted J. P.
  13. Earls' rather radical solution, but then had a chance to discuss the matter
  14. with Michael at NBI before trying it out. Here is the answer:
  15. The menu access to the top margin setting is broken. It will be fixed soon,
  16. specifically for each driver with this problem. In the meantime, Michael offers
  17. the following _TEMPORARY_ fix (he emphasized the modifier):
  18. In \nb4, call NBFORMAT.SET.
  19. At the end of that file, add the line "DF TF=1" and return.
  20. Store the file.

  22. I may not get a chance to try this at the office before Monday, and our
  23. mainframe is scheduled for downtime during much of the weekend anyway.
