- Thanks to everybody for looking into this so quickly! As Ken Salzberg
- has found out, the menu setting for top margin does not work. I noted J. P.
- Earls' rather radical solution, but then had a chance to discuss the matter
- with Michael at NBI before trying it out. Here is the answer:
- The menu access to the top margin setting is broken. It will be fixed soon,
- specifically for each driver with this problem. In the meantime, Michael offers
- the following _TEMPORARY_ fix (he emphasized the modifier):
- In \nb4, call NBFORMAT.SET.
- At the end of that file, add the line "DF TF=1" and return.
- Store the file.
