- Ken Salzberg reports that he has never gotten DMP to spool for him.
-
- Ken, what settings have you tried? As I remember (I set up DMP a long time
- ago and it has worked so well I've never looked at it again--and I find that
- I've even deleted the manual) DMP can be set to spool from a number of
- places: memory, expanded memory, extended memory, disk. Mine is set to
- spool from my RAM disk (D:), and if I do a dir of the root directory on d: I
- see a file that DMP writes to D: and then prints from. If you have set DMP
- to spool from some place where it can't create the file it might well not
- work. It may be worth a check. I load DMP in AUTOEXEC.BAT and it returns
- me very quickly to work in NB, or I can quit NB and DMP goes merrily on
- printing.
