  12. I've just tried resetting the "set top margin on Printer" setting and
  13. Jerry's problem occurs with mine as well: the change doesn't stick.  Othere
  14. changes (like sheet feed, or bin feed, etc.) do stick, so this is more
  15. of a problem.  I don't have the customiztion guide here, so I can't look
  16. at that, but there is that criptic note just under the option for having
  17. the printer set the top margin that says:
  18. "[+ after paper source in Menu]"
  19. If anyone know what that means, I bet it will help us with this.
